Terms of Service
Last updated October 7, 2026. Covers the Araflo web platform, Aracalend booking, and Araflo Meet (Android, iOS, and web at meet.araflo.com).
Araflo is a business platform for wellness practitioners and solo service businesses: payments, client intake and booking, and a video-meeting service (Araflo Meet). By creating an account or using Araflo Meet, you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Practitioners are responsible for the content of their own intake forms and for how they use client data collected through Araflo.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Application fees on transactions vary by plan tier, as disclosed at signup. Refunds and disputes are handled per Stripe's standard processes; Araflo surfaces Stripe's account status directly rather than hiding it.
Araflo Meet is provided for scheduling and hosting video sessions between practitioners and their clients. Don't use it to harass, record someone without consent, or violate applicable law. Araflo may suspend access for abuse of the service.
If you use local recording or a separate screen-capture tool, you are responsible for providing any required notice, obtaining any required consent, limiting access to the recording and handling the file lawfully. Local recordings download to the recorder's device; Araflo does not manage that copy. Meeting content, including Blackboard drawings and screen shares, may appear in a recording of the meeting view.
Content you put on the Blackboard can be shown to other meeting participants. A moderator's Hide action closes the board for participants; a participant can also hide it locally. Hiding the board does not delete its drawings. Share only content you are authorized to show to meeting participants.
Don't use Araflo to process payments for illegal goods or services, to send unsolicited bulk communications, or to attempt to access another practitioner's account or client data.
We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or third-party outages (Stripe, our hosting provider) may affect availability.
Araflo is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Araflo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
