Do I need a merchant account to follow an invitation?
Use the meeting link your host sent and follow the meeting service's joining prompts. You do not need to start a practice subscription just to find the meeting.
Where does my client get the session link?
For Aracalend bookings, the meeting link is included in the booking confirmation.
Where can I read about meeting data and recordings?
The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service explain how Araflo Meet handles meeting media and the responsibilities of anyone making a recording.
