See what we will measure

The tools each business will put to work

Aracalend · Scheduling, booking and payment
Clients use the merchant’s booking link to choose a service and time, complete intake and pay. For video sessions, an embedded Araflo Meet link in the booking confirmation connects the merchant and client.
Invoicing and receipts
Create and send client invoices, track their payment status and provide receipts for successful payments.
Virtual Terminal · Take payments
Take a client payment directly from the merchant dashboard and review the payment record.
Business health score
See a summary of business activity to help identify areas that deserve attention. Included with Starter.

Choose Starter for the core tools or Growth to include Ara Business Companion. Payment tools currently require an eligible, connected Stripe account. Country-specific payment readiness is confirmed before enrolment.

See what a business can do

From a booking link
to a clear record.

Share an Aracalend link. Let clients book and pay. Keep invoices, receipts and payment records organised, with an Araflo Meet link for sessions delivered by video. Our demonstrations use fictional business and client details.

Demonstration payment records are seeded examples, not live transactions. Stripe onboarding and processing are separate.

Ara Business Companion · Growth and Pro

Help owners understand
the business they are building.

Taking bookings is one part of running a business. Knowing what needs attention next is another. Ara uses a business’s Araflo payment, booking and invoice records to answer questions in plain language.

Meet Ara

Turn everyday records into useful questions

  • How is my income changing?
  • Which invoices still need attention?
  • Which clients have not booked again?
  • Can you draft a follow-up for me to review?

For a sponsor, this creates an opportunity to support owners in building confidence with their business information, alongside learning to use the booking and payment tools.

Included in the Growth programme: $3,940 USD funds all 10 businesses for 3 months, including Ara training and additional shared support. Starter remains $2,490 and does not include Ara. Compare the budgets.

Owners review Ara’s answers and drafts before acting. In an Ara-enabled cohort, we can collect voluntary feedback on usefulness and confidence alongside aggregate usage. These are proposed measures, not proven outcomes. Sponsors do not receive individual conversations or business records.

Why Growth includes more time

Starter includes ten one-hour setups and a two-hour group kickoff. Growth adds four shared onboarding hours: two for an Ara workshop and two for guided practice using sample data. Its support allowance adds two shared hours per month for Ara questions, reviewing answers and voluntary feedback.

These are estimated delivery allowances at $55 per hour, not measured support demand or unlimited support. Hours are shared across the group. Additional work needs a separate agreement.

Proposed pilot. Final scope, dates and pricing are agreed before payment. All amounts are in USD. Country-specific setup, payment integration, additional delivery, payment processing fees, Araflo transaction fees and applicable taxes are separate. The Nigeria pilot requires confirmed payment eligibility and a separate local setup quote. No booking or revenue outcome is guaranteed.

03 / Progress you can understand

A clear start.
A useful report at the end.

We propose a monthly summary and a final cohort report. The measures describe actual activity, including where businesses need more help.

At setup

Ready to take a booking

Businesses onboarded, booking links configured and Stripe connections completed.

Each month

Putting the tools to work

Active businesses, bookings created and successful payment confirmations, reported as cohort totals.

At the close

What changed and what comes next

Voluntary feedback on setup and day-to-day use, lessons learned and the number choosing to continue.

Reports use aggregate figures. Small groups are combined or omitted where a figure could identify a business or client. Individual stories are shared only with separate permission.

04 / Why we built Araflo

It began with
our own practice.

Read the Araflo story

Yisa R. O. Adams built Araflo after working through the scheduling, booking and payment needs of Araheals Holistic Healing, the founder’s own practice.

That experience shaped the tools we now offer to small businesses, service providers, merchants and practitioners. Araheals is our founding business. Its use of the platform is not an independent customer testimonial or evidence of results for other businesses.

This first sponsored cohort is an opportunity to learn alongside ten businesses and report honestly on what they achieve.

05 / A partnership with clear boundaries

Support the businesses.
Share in their progress.

A sponsor receives agreed recognition on the partner page and cohort materials, plus aggregate progress reports and an optional closing conversation.

What we agree together

  • The ten-business selection process, supported participant countries, start date and three-month term.
  • The onboarding schedule, shared support allowance and reporting dates.
  • Permission to use the sponsor’s name and logo, with approval before publication.
  • What happens if places are not filled, a business leaves or the start date changes.

Sponsorship does not include repository access, software ownership, equity or access to merchant and client data.

Funded access begins only after payment and account arrangements are confirmed. At the end, businesses choose whether to subscribe themselves. Continuing paid access requires their agreement.

06 / Introduce a partner

A useful introduction
can open a door.

Do you know an organisation that supports small businesses? Introduce us to the person who manages its partnerships or community programmes.

Discuss an introduction

How we can recognise your contribution

  • Agreed recognition as a community partner on the cohort page and materials.
  • An invitation to the group kickoff and closing conversation.
  • The opportunity to nominate eligible businesses, with places awarded through the agreed selection process.
  • A copy of the cohort’s aggregate progress report.

Commercial introductions can be discussed separately, with any fee agreed in writing before the introduction. The core cohort budget remains dedicated to subscriptions, onboarding and support.

Introducing a partner does not grant access to merchant or client data, guaranteed places or a subscription discount.

07 / Start focused, learn together

One cohort.
One country to begin.

We welcome partnership conversations in the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, Nigeria, South Africa and South America. The first ten-business cohort will run in one country after payment eligibility and delivery arrangements are confirmed.

Match the programme to the place

Australia joins our outreach shortlist. The UK is our first European research focus, and Brazil is our first South American research focus. Nigeria is our preferred first African pilot, with South Africa to follow. These are prospective markets, not a list of countries where Araflo has completed onboarding checks.

Before offering places, we confirm merchant payment eligibility, currency, language and support hours. Participation in Nigeria and South Africa requires a separate payment-support assessment for each country.

Sponsor location and participant eligibility are separate. A sponsor can discuss supporting a cohort in another eligible country.

Let’s start with a conversation

Could your organisation
help ten businesses take this step?

Tell us who you support, where they work and what you would like the cohort to achieve. We will discuss the fit and agree the details before any commitment.

For business associations, practitioner networks, training providers and companies that serve small businesses.
